Collectively, we have been involved in commercial and residential property management and investing for over 20 years. You name it, we've either come across it or delved in it. Building from the ground up, renovating that nightmare property into something that can generate a profit, or keeping an eye out for opportunities like undervalued properties or investments with great capital growth or high yield. At times we were the deal-makers or option-takers. It's safe to say that we just thrive on property.
In recent times, we turned our attention to short-term accommodation and now manage a successful portfolio through properties that we either own or co-host.

What type of properties? Just about anything a person can call home for a night, week or months at a time. This includes houses, apartments, granny flats, spare rooms, houseboats, caravans...but still working on the 'glamping' concept!

Most of our properties are located in tourist areas around Australia, popular wedding locations, corporate hubs, sports & entertainment precincts and anything close to the CBD.
